Theme

Fonts

The fonts are not covered by the theme’s MIT licence. All three are under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and all three are served from this site rather than from anyone else’s.

Press Start 2P — body and interface. Copyright 2012 The Press Start 2P Project Authors, with Reserved Font Name “Press Start 2P”. Shipped as a WOFF2 repackaged from the upstream TrueType file with no other change, and never subset — subsetting counts as modification, and the Reserved Font Name could then no longer be used.
Sixtyfour — the PETSCII shortcode only, for the block glyphs Press Start 2P does not have. Copyright 2021 The Sixtyfour Project Authors.
JetBrains Mono — code blocks. Copyright 2020 The JetBrains Mono Project Authors.

C64 Pro by Style64 is not used on this site. The theme can switch to it, but the font would have to be downloaded separately from style64.org and its licence would then apply here. It is not installed, so it does not.

The C64 colour values come from the Colodore palette by Pepto / Colodore — colodore.com.

Trademarks

“Commodore” and “Commodore 64” appear on this site as plain-text homage only. No Commodore logo, rainbow badge or C= glyph is used anywhere, and no third-party game names, logos or artwork appear either. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Commodore or any of its successors.
